Adam Thomas has shared a positive update with his fans and followers as he continues to battle through a painful condition. , around the same time he was announced in the Strictly Come Dancing 2023 line-up.
Adam posted a selfie to his Instagram Story in which he could be seen posing by tensing his bicep as he stood in front of the gym's neon sign. "I never thought I'd be back being able to do HIIT training again... feels so good!" He added: "Thought I'd mix things up down at @risefitnesscheadle and it did not disappoint."
Manchester-born Adam has reprised the role of former bad boy pupil-turned-doting dad Donte Charles in the series alongside his real-life son and niece - Teddy and Scarlett Thomas - playing his on-screen children.
