An Adams County man admitted to police that he sexually assaulted a child for year, according to a criminal complaint.
Gustavo Moreno, 41, of Abbottstown was charged with felony rape of a child, two charges of indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old, and two counts of corruption of minors after he was interviewed by police after the child, now 18, came forward in March to Northern York County Regional Police.
