On Monday, Adrianne Lenker released her single 'Free Treasure' ahead of her album Bright Future, out March 22.
“Free Treasure is one of my all-time favorite songs,” Lenker wrote on Instagram. “I was playing it on a stoop for my good friend @james_krivchenia, singing the last chorus when he chimed the words ‘free treasure.'”
“I had no idea what the outcome would be,” Lenker said in a statement earlier this year. “It was magical. I think the thing these people have in common, they are some of the best listeners I know musically. They have extreme presence.”
