1989: Baywatch TV series opening credits with David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson
Highly-popular 1990s beach drama Baywatch is not only set to return with a reboot but the series will also be highlighted in an upcoming docuseries.
There are several listed cast members and producers who were confirmed to be interviewed for the project including: Nicole Eggert, Carmen Electra, Billy Warlock, Alexandra Paul, Gregory Alan Williams, David Chokachi, Jeremy Jackson, Traci Bingham, Erika Eleniak, Michael Newman, Michael Berk and Douglas Schwartz.
Fox has landed a reboot of the highly-popular series as the network has closed on a deal with Freemantle according to Variety on March 4. The original series took place at a Los Angeles beach where a team of lifeguards led by Lieutenant Mitch Buchannon save lives, deal with personal dramas, fight crime and participate in over the top adventures on a daily basis.
