Blue Bell fans have spoken: The retired flavor that will return to shelves in 2025 is Groom's Cake Ice Cream, the brand announced Monday. Groom's Cake features chocolate ice cream swirled with strawberry sauce and chocolate icing, topped off with chocolate cake pieces and chocolate-covered strawberry hearts. The flavor with the most votes was promised to return to the Blue Bell lineup for 2025. When Groom's Cake emerged victorious Monday, fans of the losing flavors were suspicious. Cookie Cake appeared to beat Groom's Cake on multiple social media platforms. 'This is the illusion of choice! Lemon Bliss collected a higher percentage of votes against a common opponent than Groom’s Cake did,' said an X user who goes by 'Blue Bell Lemon Bliss #1 Fan.
