The Magnolia Timplados Hotshots, led by a stellar performance from Jerrick Ahanmisi, dominated Terrafirma Dyip with a decisive 124-102 victory on Sunday evening at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium in the 49th Philippine Basketball Association Governors’ Cup.
Coach Chito Victolero expressed satisfaction with the team’s performance, especially after their recent 82-89 loss to the TNT Tropang Giga last Thursday. Ian Sangalang’s layup with 4:50 remaining in the second quarter gave the Hotshots a commanding 60-22 lead.
