During Memorial Day Weekend, the subway will run a regular weekend schedule on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, while buses will runIf you’re heading to the Rockaways, Rockaway Park Shuttle trains will be extended to Rockaway Blvd every weekend through Labor Day. That means you can transfer to the Shuttle from any A train to get to the beach more easily. The Q22, Q35, Q53 SBS, Q113 and Q114 buses also serve the neighborhood, as does the LIRR via the Far Rockaway station.
