Glenmavis teenager Alexis Cram has been chosen as one of the 11 competitors for the grand final taking place later this month.

“I sent through pictures and was invited for an interview and then a photoshoot – that was a great experience and it was fantastic to meet all the other girls, who are such a lovely bunch of people.” She added: “My family, friends and the local community have been so supportive, which I’m very grateful for, and I appreciate any support such as liking and sharing my picture on the Miss Scotland Facebook page.”
