Scots travelling through Glasgow Airport have been urged to arrive in good time this weekend.
Scottish holidaymakers flying through Glasgow Airport are being urged to allow plenty of time for their journey as this weekend gears up to be one of the busiest periods of the year.
Glasgow Airport bosses said that the hub will be "extremely busy" with more than 120,000 people expected to travel from Thursday, October 12 to Monday, October 16 when schools break up for the holidays. The airport and its airline partners say it will have extra staff on hand to support passengers, particularly for those requiring additional support or people travelling with young children.
