The chef-patron of Swadish in Glasgow has taken to social media after putting up a strong performance all week in the hopes of cooking for GB athletes at Paris 2024.
Ajay Kumar has described his time on the Great British Menu as an 'unforgettable experience' as Glaswegians praised the chef for doing the city proud.
Ajay, who was a fan favourite, praised the chefs who will be heading to Paris and branded his time on the show as 'incredible'. In a post on Swadish's Facebook page, he wrote: "What an incredible week on the Great British Menu. A second said: "Was so great to see you representing Scotland. Your food was the winner for me. Great chefs all round. Congratulations and super proud of you."
