53-year-old Derrick Fischer of Akron, was sentenced to life in prison and designated a Tier III sex offender for a 2010 rape.
CLEVELAND, Ohio -
Fischer was deemed a sexually violent predator with specification. The specification allowed Judge McCarty to increase the sentence for each count to 10-years-to-life in prison.He was found guilty on two counts of rape felonies of the 1st degree.
