Dobson faces Democratic nominee Shomari Figures in Alabama's redrawn 2nd District.
Alabama congressional candidate Caroleene Dobson will tour the U.S. border with Mexico in El Paso, Texas, on Thursday, ride with officers on patrol, and receive a briefing on illegal immigrant crossings, her campaign announced.In a press release, the Dobson campaign said the Biden administration has opened the border to allow illegal immigrants, dangerous drugs like fentanyl, and possibly terrorists into the country.
“I know that in order to understand, fix, and secure our open border, you must visit it, witness the problem firsthand, and work with those on the ground to secure it,” Dobson said.
