Alabama rose in the coaches poll top 25 rankings after beating Western Kentucky.
UA moved up a spot in the USA Today coaches top 25 poll, jumping to No. 4. Oregon took a slide from fourth to sixth after struggling mightily with an FCS Idaho squad.
The Seminoles took an enormous tumble in the coaches poll rankings, falling from 10th to out of the top 25. FSU lost to both Georgia Tech and Boston College since the preseason rankings were unveiled in August. Notre Dame was ranked No. 7, while Penn State, Michigan and Missouri rounded out the top 10. Louisville and Washington moved into the top 25, as both Florida State and Texas A&M, which fell at home to Notre Dame on Saturday, dropped out.
