The newly formed Lowndes County Middle School robotics club competed for the very first time in 2024, a new experience for the students in Fort Deposit. He said it also helps that he is able to work with his students one-on-one at Lowndes County Middle. Montarre Smith says there are a little over 100 students at school. He started teaching in Fort Deposit 10 years ago and looks forward to working with the students every day.
