Pep Guardiola has given an update on his future at Manchester City after seeing Jurgen Klopp say farewell to Liverpool on Sunday.
Alan Shearer says he would understand if Pep Guardiola wanted a break from management in the coming years given the demands placed on an elite Premier League manager.
Speaking after City lifted a record fourth straight title on Sunday, Guardiola said: “The reality is I am closer to leaving than staying. It's eight years, will be nine. Shearer said: “You understand that and we've seen what Jurgen has done because we know how difficult the job is, the pressure that you're under and the toll it has on you as an individual.
