Supermarket staff will be required to undergo training as part of the change to company culture
Supermarket giant Aldi has announced a positive change that will impact every single one of its stores. The retailer has announced that managers will now be required to undergo new training that will transform its supermarket culture.
Aldi’s managers will also learn about further adjustments that can be made to the workplace environment to make it more inclusive. Last year, Aldi launched its menopause guides, which provided colleagues with access to support for a range of well-being needs, including menopause, and provided guidance for leaders to support their teams.
Aldi also signed the Wellbeing of Women Menopause Pledge and supported The Menopause Matters campaign in 2021, both of which required businesses to take positive action to make sure everyone going through menopause was supported.
