The budget supermarket has a legion of devoted customers who love to trawl its legendary SpecialBuys, both online and in store. With the cost of living crisis making many people fearful for winter, people are looking for extra ways to keep warm.
Ahead of the colder months, Aldi is selling a selection of thermal clothing including short sleeve tops, thermal bottoms and thermal fishing joggers, with prices from below £7. The Avenue Grey Thermal Bottoms, which are £6.99, are designed with a blend of cotton fibres, to "keep you warm through the winter". The product description says they provide "high wearing comfort and good thermal regulation" and can be worn underneath an over garment to stay well insulated.
A second said: "Good fit and quality - gives extra warmth for the winter." A third shopper added: "I am so pleased that I bought this thermal top. It keeps me warm under my shirt especially when the temperature is very cold. It's well made and fits me like a glove. It's been in the washing machine quite a few times since I had it and it still looks and feels like new since the time I bought it. Great buy.
A fourth said: "Lovely and warm the thickness is much better [than] I [expected]". And a fifth added: "I purchased the navy short-sleeved top in store, I ordered this grey long-sleeved top from Aldi on-line as it was not available in store for my size. The top is excellent, and keeps out the cold." You can shop the range here.
