The popular low-cost supermarket chain, Aldi has launched a new range of savoury baked goods as it competes with the bakery chain, Greggs.
Greggs Bakery has known the country over for its relatively cheap savoury and sweet baked goods beloved by many.
However, with the arrival of even-cheaper bakery items from Aldi branches in Scotland, there could be a new favourite in town.The new bakes are available across all 104 Scottish stores and are filled with tasty locally-sourced produce. will be able to pick from a wide range of bakes, including Steak, Macaroni, Cheesy Bean, Cheese and Onion, and Chicken Curry.
