Plant-based diets have soared in popularity in recent years with many people trying out the Veganuary trend this New Year. Many of the UK's major supermarkets are selling a new range of vegan and vegetarian foods for people to try this January. This includes Aldi , who has launched a new range of tasty treats for those looking to give up meat this month. The discount retailer shared its new plant based range on Instagram.
' Aldi 's range includes Indian inspired vegetable nests , baking bert , no chicken slices , no salmon slices , plan menu meal kits including keema, no beef and more . Shoppers are already loving the plant based range with some saying it's the 'best' compared to other supermarket retailers. Liandrathercrazycatlady said: 'Loving this. For me, Aldi vegan cheese is the best one around. Looking forward to trying the camembert.
