Whether it's a Bucks Fizz on Christmas Day morning, a Prosecco on New Year's Eve or an alcohol-free tipple in those in-between days. And to celebrate festive cheer, Aldi is lowering its prices on one extra special bottle this week. Its delicious fruity-flavoured Crémant De Loire will cost less than a fiver per bottle in the final days of the year. But it comes with some T&Cs.

The delicious cremant boasts of having 'mouthwatering, creamy, honey flecked, quince and golden apple fruit', according to the supermarket chain. And its price will be lowered between 27 December and 31 December so you can celebrate with your family for a bargain price. To make sure everyone can get in on the deal, Aldi is imposing a two-bottle limit during that period. This means you can get two bottles of the fizz for just £9.98. Julie Ashfield, Managing Director of Buying at Aldi UK, says: 'We want everyone to be able to raise a glass of quality wine this festive period, without breaking the bank. 'By lowering the price of our exquisite Crémant De Loire to just £4.99 and introducing a two-bottle limit, we’re ensuring more customers can experience this exceptional sparkling wine at an unbelievable price.' Bargain wines in December Throughout December, Aldi is reducing the price of over 60 wines in total. If you want a fancy red, its Specially Selected Australian Merlot has been reduced from £8.49 to just £6.35. A crisp glass of white more your thing? The Specially Selected Chilean Sauvignon Blanc is just £5.39 down from £7.25. Looking for a light rosé? Try the Specially Selected English Rosé at just £8.19 down from £10.99.
