Alec Baldwin is to be formally charged on January 31 with involuntary manslaughter over Halyna Hutchins' death.

"It's been an emotional time for my family. And I do so want to express to you how grateful I am for your support and your kindness and your reason," Hilaria said."Quite honestly, without it, we would crumble. So, thank you so much for being our rock right now because I don't feel so strong." On her podcast, Hilaria noted,"Kids are sponges, and certain conversations are not always age-appropriate. We cannot deny that they don't feel the energy and pick up on certain things in the family and at home."
The 42-year-old cinematographer was killed on the New Mexico set of the Western film"Rust" when live ammunition was loaded into a weapon that was handed to Alec while rehearsing a scene. The actor has since denied he pulled the trigger of the gun that killed Hutchins. Alec's second count is involuntary manslaughter in the commission of a lawful act, which"requires proof that there was more than simple negligence involved in a death," according to the DA's office. It is also punishable by up to 18 months in jail and a $5,000 fine.
Alec's attorney called the charges a"terrible miscarriage of justice" in a statement to Fox News Digital.
