The One Show presenter Alex Jones is getting ready to move house after eleven years. She has been sifting through her possessions, reminiscing over the memories and organising her belongings in preparation for the big move.

The presenter then showed off countless piles of boxes and went through sentimental bits such as a baby book and a children's memory box. Alex's husband Charlie looked to be in great spirits, after battling physical and mental health issues.
