Alfie's exit makes waves in Walford.
While Alfie was undergoing tests and waiting for results, he and Phil made it their mission to find a way of fixing Tommy’s behaviour. To do this, they took him to Boxing Den to give him a way of channelling his emotions.
In upcoming scenes, Tommy will face his first proper opponent in the ring, and he is desperate to have Alfie in the audience for his debut fight.In order to stop him fretting, Phil assures Tommy that Alfie will be there, before taking matters into his own hands and heading over to the hospital to pick him up.
When he arrives, he tells Alfie that he’s taking him to Boxing Den, but Alfie makes it clear that he’s not well enough, and plans to head over to Spain to recuperate there.
