Donald Trump's lawyer criticized Juan Merchan and said the prosecution in his trial did not give 'one bit of evidence' to prove Trump committed any crime.
Donald Trump's lawyer Alina Habba launched an attack on the judge overseeing his hush money trial after closing arguments were heard in the case.Speaking to Fox News' Jesse Watters, Habba, who is also Trump's legal spokesperson and isn't representing Trump in this particular case, said that Judge Juan Merchan overruled every objection from Trump's team and called his behavior 'unbelievable.
Trump wrote.Following closing arguments in the case, Merchan said he would read jurors instructions on Wednesday, when deliberations will begin. Given the late evening finish, court will reconvene at 10 a.m.
