Switzerland will be playing in the World Cup next monthSwitzerland failed to qualify for the last World Cup in 2019 so expectations are not high for them.
In fact, they have appeared at just one World Cup - in Canada in 2015, where they won just once in a 10-1 victory over Ecuador. Switzerland lost the other two matches against Japan and Cameroon.Lehmann, meanwhile, will have high hopes ahead of the World Cup after ruling herself out of last year's Euros. The 24-year-old told then-coach Nils Nielsen she was not mentally ready to handle the occasion.
