On June 25, Colorado Republicans will choose who they want to represent their party in the November election to replace retiring GOP Rep. Ken Buck.
DENVER — All six Republican primary candidates running for Colorado's 4th Congressional District said they will still support former President Donald Trump, even after his felony conviction.
In a 9NEWS debate Thursday night, all six candidates were asked if they intend to vote for Trump for president. U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert, who represents the state's 3rd Congressional District but is moving to run in the 4th District, raised her hand before the question was finished. Holtorf had gone on record on conservative talk radio station KNUS previously and said that Republicans will continue to lose in Colorado if every Republican is “hogtied” to Trump. He has also said, “Colorado is not a Trump state."
