To fully follow the progress of COP26, it’ll be useful to understand what a lot of the jargon really means. Officially, it means ‘Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Paris Agreement’.– Similar to the CMA, this refers to the group of countries who oversee the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol.
