Dark Magician, Stardust Dragon, and Neos standing side by side. Behind them, Galactica Oblivion, Sevens Road Magician, and Decode Talker can be seen.

Summary Throughout the decades, the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise has introduced many skilled protagonists, each with their personality and motivation. Along with the story's heroes, each entry in the series introduced viewers to their respective signature monsters. These creatures were often considered the best and most reliable cards a protagonist could use during a duel.

Nonetheless, seeing as its alternate forms are not the ones considered Yudias’ signature monster, it is hard to find Galactica Oblivion as a useful tool. The card also suffers from a lack of recognition among Yu-Gi-Oh! fans, as the Rush Duel format is not as beloved as the original. The fact that the series it appears in has also not been released outside of Japan limits its popularity even further.

6 Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon - Yuya Sakaki The Origin of the Pendulum Summon Close Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V TV-Y7AnimationAdventureFantasy Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V is the fourth main spin-off of the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise. The series follows Yuya Sakaki, a student at the Leo Institute of Dueling, who aspires to become a professional Duelist.

Throughout the series, Yuma was seen utilizing several Spell and Trap cards that could help this simple but effective monster become more powerful. It is thanks to its extensive support that Utopia has been able to withstand as one of the most reliable XYZ monsters in the game. Nevertheless, the card has also often been outshined by its various, more powerful evolutions. Utopia is also not aided by the relatively smaller portion of the fandom who adores its show of origin.

3 Elemental Hero Neos - Jaden Yuki The Hero That Came From Space To Save Earth Arriving from the confines of space, Elemental Hero Neos is the signature monster of Yu-Gi-Oh! GX’s Jaden Yuki. This creature was obtained by Jaden during the middle point of season 2 of the anime, replacing Flame Wingman as the young man’s preferred monster. Neos is an imposing hero, with an attack power of 2500 points and a defense of 2100.
