Alpine team principal responds to links with signing Carlos Sainz
The future of the Ferrari driver is holding up the completion of the 2025 F1 driver line-up.Bruno Famin, Alpine ’s team principal, said: “We are working on it.“We have no pressure on deciding quickly for the second driver.“We have no stress at all. The second one will come in due time.”
Their other options include reserve driver Jack Doohan, F2 driver Victor Martins, and possibly even Mick Schumacher who represents the manufacturer in endurance racing.“We have a plan,” Famin insisted. “That’s why we have no stress about our second seat.”“I have taken the time to seek the answers I was looking for,” Gasly said.
