Its Australian recruits include Timo Schmid, an ex-Boston Consulting Group PE practice leader, who is running the private equity performance improvement practice in Melbourne, and Perth-based Nick Reid, another ex-BCG partner who specialises in large-scale transformation and performance improvement in the resources sector.
