Amanda Holden has an age-defying figure which she loves to flaunt on her social media.
Amanda Holden is perhaps best known for her role as a judge on Britain's Got Talent, alongside her various other presenting and radio gigs.
"It's sort of a powerful empowering yoga, it's not the sort of yoga that everybody enjoys or loves. But for me, I feel really powerful and centred after - all of that sounds really cheesy, but that's how I feel." "And so I needed to expand my lungs without actually running anywhere because I wasn't able to do it. So that's why I took it up. And I just found it life-changing. I just loved it."The beloved radio host enjoys group classes but also indulges in private sessions at home for an hour with a personal instructor.
And when it comes to exercise? Surprisingly, Holden admits she's not the most enthusiastic about working out and steers clear of the gym. Holden maintains a balanced approach to health and wellbeing, revealing: "I do look after myself, I run, I do yoga, I'm a vegetarian."
