Amanda – the only famous face to have appeared on all series of the ITV talent show – wasn’t giving much away, but she did show her support for the former Chatty Man host. ‘Now, there are lots of rumours at the moment about Britain’s Got Talent, who’s gonna fill the seat,’ Ronan began.She teased viewers by urging them to ‘watch this space’ The musical theatre performer then burst into her famous cackle, seemingly terrified of spilling too much.David Walliams apologised after making rude comments about contestants Amanda continued: ‘It’s a good idea, we’ll miss David, but it’s a good idea,’ as Alex insisted Alan would be ‘amazing’ as a judge.
It comes after a TV insider shared: ‘Alan is joining the line-up, it just has to be him he’s brilliant.’ ‘The deal is being finalised, but it’s details now – and he’s totally up for it too. It’s the perfect hiring all round,’ the source added to
