Our Yorkshire Farm star Amanda Owen has spoken out about her relationship with her estranged husband Clive Owen
Despite the end of their 22-year marriage, possibly due to the pressures of farming, family life and fame, Amanda and Clive Owen are joining forces once more for a new series where they'll be renovating a dilapidated farmhouse together. Despite their split, the pair have chosen to work together again to create a new legacy for their nine children.
Ironically, it was on the first day of lockdown in March 2020 that Amanda purchased the farmhouse known as Anty John's. The 1800s project was something she and Clive, 69, could work on together to eventually pass on to their children."I feel blessed to have been able to buy it as it presented an incredible opportunity to acquire another farm with ample land 30 acres and common grazing rights, which is quite unusual nowadays.
With her steadfast resolve as a seasoned farmer, she wasn't one to give up easily. After dealing with the initial red tape, she and Clive were ready to get their venture underway. "I want them to be involved because this is for them. I don't want anything handed to them on a plate."
