A popular Scottish city restaurant that has been described by customers as 'first class' and 'amazing' has revealed that it has closed in an 'unexpected' announcement.
Earlier this week, Nicoll's Steakhouse in Perth took to social media to share the news that it would be shutting its doors. The Princes Street restaurant served up a wide variety of steaks, as well as dishes such as haggis bonbons, macaroni cheese, and fajitas.
According to the announcement, the reason for the closure was given as "circumstances beyond our control". Staff are currently looking for new premises in Perth. "It has been a pleasure serving all of our beautiful customers and we look forward to starting something up in the future, at a different location."
