Amazon Prime customers will now have to pay more money to request a specific song
Those who use an Amazon Alexa with a basic Prime membership face huge changes which has left some subscribers furious with the tech giant.
They also only have six skips every hour, which means that they'll have to sit through songs that they don't like if the Amazon algorithm misjudges their tastes. The change was introduced in the beginning of November. As reported by the Echo, Amazon Prime customers were quick to criticise the online shopping and streaming giant in response to the news, with many branding the move as greedy.
