Ms James says:"She went to the chateau and they basically had a pool party all day... Drinking and swimming and having fun".Ms James says she takes offence at that, and also says she herself is a"sexual violence survivor".'Incoherent and abusive texts' Ms James says she thinks it was more an"insurance policy" as there had been"confusion" over why Heard was working with Franco again after allegedly previously dubbing him"sexually aggressive".We hear that Heard wrote a message to Ms James asking her not to share"the one-liner from the schedule... with anyone from Johnny's team".The court hears that in May 2014, Heard was working in New York on the film The Adderall Diaries.
Mr Sherborne asked him whether he believed Heard would"follow-through with threat" and he says he believed she would. Mr Murphy says he believes Depp was being sarcastic, and will not agree to Ms Wass's assertions that Depp had"a lavatorial sense of humour".There is a text exchange between Mr Murphy and Heard, discussing Boo's problems with defecating.I'm worried she's got brain damage...
Mr Murphy answers:"I don't think it was a matter of the training, I think it was a matter of the follow-through".
