American content creator Rick, who posts on TikTok as @clout.eater, has been in Valencia where he came across British tourists - and he hasn't been impressed by what he's seen.
An American holidaymaker in Spain has delivered a scathing critique of British tourists' behaviour abroad, branding them "animals".
Over the weekend, he shared a video outlining what he perceives as the stark contrast between American and British visitors to Spain. According to Rick, while Americans might be keen to immerse themselves in local culture, Brits seem to have just one priority - alcohol. Rick likened Brit holidaymakers in Spain to Americans partying in Cancun, albeit "less fancy". He added: "Which really ought to put into perspective what kind of animals these people are."
Offering a more balanced take, another said: "*Some British tourists. It's like us saying ALL American tourists are loud and obnoxious. Some are, some aren't. Same with British tourists."
