An American couple moved to the UK and have since been travelling around the country trying local delicacies.
We all know some Scottish food can be a bit of an acquired taste. Many people are put off by delicious delicacies like haggis and black pudding purely by the ingredients and traditional cooking process.
But there is one of our delicacies that has a reputation like no other, combining chocolatey goodness with chippy batter. We are, of course, talking about the deep fried Mars bar. The pair moved to the UK from the US and have since been trying to eat their way across Britain trying local favourites all across the isles.
After an initial moment of silence to appreciate the odd taste combination, the pair both admitted to being shocked at how much they enjoyed it. And the couple's fans seemed to agree. One commented: "Melted chocolate is the best, I never understand why people put chocolate in the fridge."
