The northeast monsoon or amihan will bring cloudy skies, light rains over Luzon and Visayas on Friday, PAGASA reported.
Luzon, including Metro Manila, and Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains brought about by the northeast monsoon but with no significant impact.
Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. Wind speed forecast for Luzon and Visayas is moderate to strong moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Mindanao will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the northeast to north with slight to moderate coastal waters.
