Chris: What about the rumours of needing to sell first before buying this summer and the likelihood of it being , or others, if true? Ornstein: I don’t think it’s a case of needing to sell before buying, more that a sale will be needed to help balance the books. So it’s not so much about the chronology; a sale may come after a purchase. But, yes, a sale is required and Newcastle have been quite clear in admitting that.
