The university lecturer's son, who was raised in Stevenage, Herts, met Amy, who is a mother to a four-year-old son by an ex-boyfriend, at Silverstone racetrack in 2021. Last year the couple moved into a new home and have been kept busy with the renovations.
The actor went on to explain that his father died 10 years ago and his mother passed away in September 2022.The star said while he cannot talk to his parent, he knows she is still there with them. They broke things off in 2021, before her relationship with Ed began later that year. The model and the hotelier's son, named Andreas, is now four.
