The Trainwreck actress, 42, looked thinner than usual in a turquoise V-neck T-shirt with a floral print mini skirt and white sneakers.
The premise follows Schumer's character of Lainey, who 'gets so jealous of her best friend's pregnancy that she starts to wear a fake baby bump of her own,' per an official synopsis. Shortly before getting into the full swing of filming, Amy notably broke her silence to address criticism over her 'puffy and swollen' face last month in February.
Schumer took to Instagram to respond to comments on her appearance and penned, 'Thank you so much for everyone's input about my face!' 'But I wanted to take the opportunity to advocate for self love and acceptance of the skin you're in. Like every other women/person some days I feel confident and good as hell and others I want to put a bag over my head.'
Shortly after, Amy further discussed the critical comments during an interview on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast also last month.
