Glasgow is being treated to a new luxury bakery from the team behind cult restaurant chain Six by Nico.
Nico Simeone, the owner and CEO of SixCo, named the patisserie after his wife, Valentina, and their two young daughters Ilaria and Valentina, who was named after her mum. Nico told the Glasgow Times:"Opening Six by Nico restaurants is in our comfort zone, but this is very new to us. Nico said:"I really, really like the shop fit. The designers and the shopfitting company have done really well with it.All of the baked goods will be prepared fresh daily at a speciality prep kitchen in Anniesland and delivered to the patisserie each morning.
