An emotional Ana Jalandoni faced the media during her first public appearance after the alleged physical assault by her boyfriend Kit Thompson at a hotel in Tagaytay City last March 18.When asked to recall what happened on that day, she said in tears, “Hindi ko po masabi. Hindi ko po kaya i-kwento lahat. Nasaktan po ako. Sabihin ko na lang po yung nararamdaman ko. Masakit na masakit po yung pinagdaanan ko. I didn’t saw it coming.
“Sa totoo po nung una niya akong sinampal, nag-isip po ako nun ng hindi maganda na mali po yung ganung attitude. Kasi may anger problem . Nag-sorry naman siya after. Tapos pinaliwanagan ko naman siya. Wag kang mananakit. Ganyan… May mali po talaga,” she shared. Ana disclosed that she got married in the United States in 2017 and the relationship ended in 2018.
She said she was still experiencing trauma brought about by the incident. “Dun po ako hirap, yung anxiety. Natatakot ako sa ospital. I can’t sleep. Nahihirapan po ako. Hanggang ngayon, nata-trauma pa ho ako.” On why she deleted almost all of her photos on Instagram, she explained, “Na-depressed po kasi ako. Parang pag nakikita ko po kasi yung mukha ko tapos tinitingnan ko sa mga pictures ko parang hindi ako yung natutuwa. Tinanggal ko na po lahat, hindi ko na makita kung ano yung itsura ko.
