The successful candidate will provide technical expertise in monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving issues across applications and infrastructure.
This is a3-year IT Diploma or equivalent qualification.Familiarity with AWS CloudFront.Strong analytical and development skills.E-commerce or mobile commerce experience .Ability to participate in rotational stand-by support.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and provide solutions.Clear and structured communication, including well-prepared presentations. Ability to collaborate with partners to identify areas of mutual benefit and build strong relationships.As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the following: Conducting analysis, technical design, and development in alignment with team processes and requirements.Designing and coding complex programs from technical specifications.Translating user requirements into systems design.Ensuring effective operations by implementing approved changes as per change control and security processes.Contributing to the improvement of processes, technology, and architecture.Ensuring systems conform to IT governance and information security standards.Desired Skills:
