One man camping at Davis Park said he planned to move to the woods across the street. Others at the camp said they didn’t have plans and declined on-camera interviews. An attorney with the American Civil Liberties Union of Alaska said he disagreed with the muni’s action. Eric Glatt, an attorney working with ACLU of Alaska,, “The municipality is trying to craft a way to structure something they’ll consider a legitimate exception to the rule.”
