Ellis is set to hit the screens on Channel 5, featuring Sharon D Clarke as the eponymous Ellis, and Andrew Gower portraying her trusty confidant, DS Harper. The 35-year-old Merseyside-born actor, Andrew Gower, has enjoyed roles such as Cutler in Being Human and Prince Charles Stuart in Outlander, capturing attention with his versatile performances. It was during Year Nine that Andrew found his calling in drama, and he hasn't looked back since.
He was the voice at the front, accompanied by pals Michael Collins on the keyboard and James Webster strumming the guitar, until his acting commitments and studies at the Oxford School of Drama took centre stage. While acting remains his priority, Andrew hasn't shelved his musical ambitions completely.
