The budding photographer was riding his purple-and-black e-bike when he collided with a white hatchback car just before noon. Witnesses reported that Pax was riding without holding onto the handlebars at the time of the accident, at one point resting his gloved hands in his lap. He was wearing a motorcycle helmet and a mauve hoodie with dark slacks and white sneakers.
The e-bike sustained damage, particularly to a wheel that wouldn't roll straight, and Pax was seen struggling to move it properly as he inspected it closely. While it is unknown if Pax sustained any physical injuries, he appeared to be in good health as he walked around easily after the incident. He spoke with the male driver and female passenger of the white car for a while before exchanging phone numbers and parting ways. This is not Pax's first e-bike accident. In July, he was involved in a serious crash in a nearby area, suffering cuts on his face and what TMZ reported as 'complex trauma'. He wore an arm cast in the aftermath of that incident and Angelina Jolie was reportedly by his side at the hospital. That accident also saw Pax riding without a helmet, leading to concerns from friends about his recklessness and recent string of car incidents. Just two months before the July e-bike crash, Pax reportedly crashed his Tesla into a box truck outside of RED Studios in Hollywood. While he was not injured in that incident either, his car was deemed a total loss.The recent e-bike crash comes at a difficult time for Angelina Jolie, who was reportedly 'devastated' after failing to secure an Oscar nomination for her role in the Maria biopic. Despite receiving critical acclaim and a Golden Globe nod for her portrayal of opera legend Maria Callas, she was left out of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' 2025 best actress nominees announced on Thursday.
