Angry KFC customers have branded one of its restaurants as the 'worst in the UK' after multiple reports of wrong orders, cold food and generally slow service. Several dissatisfied fried chicken lovers have left awful reviews for the branch in Chestfield near Whitstable, Kent, the Mirror reports.
One furious person bluntly wrote: “If you're thinking of going. Don’t bother. You’re better off going to McDonald’s! The chicken is actually awful - dry and grey and lukewarm if you're lucky."If you ask for cheese in a burger, they’ll charge you for it, but not put it in! It’s a total waste of time and money. Avoid, avoid, avoid.”
"I did ask for breast but was told when ordering not have they forgot to tell me I will have to eat baked beans with my fingers and wipe it on something I can find myself. Thanks KFC.” “It's depressing seeing 13-15 McDonalds customers served while we wait at the window for our KFC. Head office don't seem to care about the damage to their reputation. Sort it out or shut it down.”
