Warning to parents as disturbing videos are found on 'child friendly' YouTube Kids app
The video was seen on YouTube Kids - a platform that aims to reassure parents that their children are safe online
Exposure to videos, photos and other self-harm and suicidal promoting content is a huge problem that our children are facing today.In another, apparently made using the popular video game Minecraft, a character shoots dead a teacher at a ‘Monster School’. The clip also includes swearing. The videos would all have been available for children to watch if they were specifically searched for, but appear to have been removed from YouTube after they were flagged by Dr Hess.
